Granola is one of my all time favorite breakfast foods. You can make it a ton of different ways, and eat it in many different ways. I love making a small batch of granola at the beginning of the week and eating it with several different breakfasts over the next several days. If you're looking for a small batch granola recipe, this is a super quick and easy recipe that will soon become a go-to in your home.
Small Batch Granola:
This small batch granola recipe comes together with oats, honey, slivered almonds, salt, oil, and cinnamon. It makes about 1 cup of granola when everything is mixed and cooked together. To make this recipe you simply mix all the ingredients together, bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, and then allow to cool on the pan.
Storing Homemade Granola:
Storing homemade granola is super easy. Simply pour it into a mason jar with an airtight lid and it can be stored in your pantry for up to three weeks. Although I promise it will not last that long... it's too delicious!

Some of my favorite ways to eat granola are:

- On top of yogurt with berries and other fresh fruit
- On top of smoothies to give a good crunch
