This French Toast Recipe for One is the perfect quick and easy breakfast to make on your way out the door for work or school.
I personally believe French Toast is the superior vehicle for getting maple syrup to enter your mouth. Yes, I do love a good waffle or pancake in the morning, but growing up French Toast was a huge go-to and I remember making it often with my dad, and my grandmother on the weekends. If you need a little nostalgic French toast action to get your day going in the right direction, this recipe is for you.
French Toast Recipe for One:
This french toast recipe is incredibly easy to make. All you need is 2-3 slices of bread, two eggs, and 1/4 cup of milk. Whisk the milk and eggs together in a dish (I prefer the square food containers that are perfectly sized for a piece of bread), dip your bread in on both sides, and then transfer to a griddle of your choice. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until slightly browned and you're done.
